1) Warehouse: To store produced pesticides , Well ventilated and temp controlled with 10000 Sqm space. 2) Incinerator Unit: For waste material discharge, Consisting of waste liquid discharge incin and solid waste discharge incin. Polluted liquid treatment with BOD and COD testing and wasted materials. 3) Research and development unit: With library and well equipped labs. 4) Medical unit: To control hygiene with suggested " WHO " methods for healthy environment in factory and proper and continuous labor check up. The wettable powder pesticide unit: with 15000 MT annual production capacity consisted of two units: (A) Talc powder unit with lesser than 30 mic. granule size. (B) Pesticide formulation unit that is fully automized with special jet mills to produce particle size lesser than 10 mic dia The products of this unit is being packed in packs of 50 gr.up to 50 kgs. The liquid pesticides unit: Consists of 3 * 5 tones reactors with modern technology made by west europe co. with capacity of 15000 mt annually for variety of pesticides. The quality of products is according to " WHO " and " FAO " standards due to potentials of reactors and computerized control room. The products of this units are solution liquid and emulsifiable concentrates also due to well equipped packaging unit. Packaging: The products are being packed according to consumer and market demands in 250 cc "1000 cc aluminum" PET "PE" utensils and also in 5" 25 and 220 lit drums. |
